What do I wear to yoga class? It's really important to be comfortable. I like to wear leggings and a vest top but wear what makes you feel like you can move, twist and flow. Bring a long sleeve top or light jumper to wear over your vest top. You can then use this if you get cold but also for Shavasana (resting pose) as the body cools down at the end of class. It is best not to wear socks on the mat as you get a better stance with your feet but if you do want to wear socks then you might want to invest in some socks with grips on the bottom. Oh and bring your water bottle!

Is there space to get changed if I am coming straight from work?We do have a small toilet of which you can use to get changed but idealy it is best to get changed before you come, if you can!

It is then a 2 minute walk over the bridge. Short Stay - Charging periods are 8.00am - 6.00pm Monday-Saturday,Sundays and bank holidays are free. C. What is your cancellation policy? If for any reason you are unable to attend, classes must be cancelled within 24 hours in advance. Classes not canceled or rescheduled will not be refunded. The sanctuary has space for 5 yogi's, so it's really important to notify us if you are unable to attend so that someone else can take your place. There are many advantages to practising yoga in a small group. You feel like you are part of a family and you can ask questions and explore the poses deeper with your teacher, enhancing your practice.
