I am privileged to teach in this light filled studio at Sparc in Mauritius. 

I taught a weekly yoga class in these beautiful grounds, surrounded with healers and warm energy, at The International College of Oriental Medicine, East Grinstead, West Sussex. 

My own private yoga studio in the heart of West Sussex. I project managed the build of this incredible space and taught many private classes each week.

I was invited to support staff with a twice weekly yoga practice, supporting them with their general well-being. I was privileged to teach here for over 2 years and thoroughly enjoyed watching each individual grow and love their yoga practice. I still keep in touch with many of my students today. 

I was invited to teach two classes a week in this exclusive, privatley owned studio in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. 

For 4 years I taught a weekly yoga class in the local community Theatre in East Grinstead, West Sussex. 

I was part of an incredible team of teachers, as a I began my journey as a yoga teacher in East Grinstead, West Sussex.
